Google's 6th anniversary
posted by Andrés on Tuesday, September 07, 2004
The devguides team would like to congratulate the Google HQ for their excelent search engine throughout the latest years. We hope that in the next years Google will have sufficient technology for mixing search results within images.

We know that the technology of today is kind of far for achieving such thing, however with the power that Google has, they'll surely reach the goal.

Congratulations!

Google Code Jam 2004

I personally know that you (yes, you) are a great programmer. That is why Devguides encourage you to join the Google Code Jam contest 2004. Register as soon as possible and win 10.000 dollars (the first place).

The programming languages that you are allowed to use are Java, C#, C++ or VB.NET. Use the one that you think is confortable. Please click here for more details.

As we already know, The goal for Google here is to look for talent programmers that can help the company to be better than ever. It's just an excelent way for finding programmers just like the billboard trick they did a couple of months ago.

Good Luck!
