It's true that Google has become the best search engine on the market and obviously many companies would like to see Google fail but I think that those companies are just guys with hate. For starting, the two CO-founders deserve everything, they suffered a lot maintaining and working for the engine (just take a look at the history and see what I mean), I also like the people that goes up for something, something new and that have great ideas such as Google's CO-founders. Therefore, Congratulations to them but that isn't the point of this article so lets get to it. Google provides us with many services and I'll start with Google Answers.
Google answers
The website is located at http://answers.Google.com and a little information about the service is that you can ask everything, even impossible things and they'll find an answer for you, the good thing is that you can search and view all the questions already asked by other people. If you have questions, you have to pay a certain fee and proceed to participate.
Google Catalogs
Whether you're looking for to any specific thing for you or your family you have thousands of catalogs to browse to, if you find anything useful you just see the information and you're done. The website is http://catalogs.Google.com/.
Google Directory
You also have available a good represented directory of the web pages in the world, you even have the power to search through folders, this can help you to find your results but It's more accurate to search in the principal website thanks to their algorithms. webpage: http://www.Google.com/dirhp
Froogle store
This feature let's you search every product for sale all over the world, you even have the option to sort the products you are looking for in many ways and a good way for sorting is with the prices. webpage: http://froogle.Google.com
Google Local
This feature is quite impressive, you just type the keywords and after you do it you'll be given maps in order to find what you're looking for. Geographically. Webpage: http://local.Google.com/lochp
Google University Search
This option that Google gives is probably the best, you can search in any university you want, you just enter here: http://www.Google.com/options/universities.html and you'll be given a full list of universities and you'll have to select one, after you do it, your Google results will be only based on the university!. Google News Search
Google also provides a page with the current news in the world, the webpage (http://news.Google.com) generates itself with the latest news and you have the option to search in every news, you search and you find.
Google specific topic search
